I Love What I Do – You Can, Too

You have a powerful voice inside of you, and I’m here to help you find it.

The truth is, you’ve probably spent most of your life being conditioned to silence your inner voice (without even realizing it).

It’s time to speak up.

It’s time to let go of the person you used to be, and step into the person you are becoming.

It’s time to admit that you cannot and should not have to “do it all.”

It’s time to live up to your true potential and fall back in love with yourself.

I did it, and so can you.

My name is Ayanna Sealey, and I offer a heart-centered approach to performance coaching, helping you unlock your brand of magic so you can reach your full potential.

Before building my business as a mental performance coach, I was a performer myself.

My dad loves reminding me that I danced before I could walk. While growing up in Trinidad, my parents enrolled me in a dance class for toddlers, and from there, I never stopped.

I was 12 when my family moved to Toronto, and dance was my entire life. I ended up training at the Alvin Ailey School in New York City and performing professionally as a “triple-threat” dancer, actor and singer in Disney’s The Lion King and the Stratford Shakespearean Festival.

I faced many challenges over the years—including a near career-ending physical condition and suffering from laryngitis the night before a huge audition. I had to constantly re-invent myself to stay ahead of the curve in a highly competitive industry.

I realized quickly that at the end of the day, performance is not just a physical art; it’s a mental one.

And performance comes in many forms:

  • High-level executives perform at conferences and on sales calls.
  • Dancers and singers perform on stage.
  • Athletes perform on the field.

In fact, you even perform at home while wearing the hats of “parent” or “spouse”.

The problem with performing all of the time is: it’s exhausting.

Inevitably, it leads to a lot of stress, overwhelm, and more often than not, burn out.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

The key to living a fulfilling life as a performer lies in understanding how to navigate the challenges of the high-pressure environments you live and work in every day.

It’s about knowing who you truly are deep down—beyond the title of singer/actor/dancer, athlete or parent.

It’s about having the tools you need to get unstuck, to re-invest in yourself and to carve a new path when you feel like you’ve lost your way.

That’s where I come in.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach hundreds of performers, athletes and high-level execs how to gain the inner clarity they need to discover their true potential.

I’d love to show you, too.
